The AMI Model 207 Power Supply is a 100/150 amp preprogrammed/programmable power supply and controller capable of autogenously welding tubing and thin wall pipe.
The AMI Model 307 Power Supply is is the most advanced
orbital tube welding power supply of its type in the world.
Combined with the Model 8-2000, Model 8-4000 or Model 6625 these systems can supply everything needed to weld today and meet BPE specifications. These heads cover the size range commonly needed by anyone welding in a bioprocess and pharmaceutical industry or anywhere high quality, repeatable results are needed.
In addition to the Model 8 series heads there are several other weld heads made by Arc Machines to weld tube from 0.125 diameters up to 7.500 inch.

Pipe Welding
Orbital welding with the addition of filler wire
AMI currently offers two power supplies that will control the addition of filler metal; the economical Model 227 and the latest power supply from AMI for pipe welding, the Model 415.
AMI Weld Heads for Pipe Welding Include the following:
Model 79 series are full function heads with a unique clamping systems that allows clamping the weld head to the pipe without the use of tracks or clamp inserts of any kind.
Model 81 weld head is made for welds where access to the weld joint is very restricted (i.e. boiler tubes).
Model 15 is the "work horse" with the largest selection of optional torches.
Model 52 AMI's narrow grove weld head.
Model 6 is offered for tube to tubesheet applications with a filet weld.
Model 43 weld head is used to weld pipe from the I.D.
Model 94 head can spiral clad the I.D. of pipe.
Model 72 is a valve repair weld head.
Model 73 is a small-bore I.D. weld head.
Model 95 are a series of open-frame orbital weld heads (with wire feed).
